With the rowing machine , if you have slight kyphosis and want to improve you're posture , it's kind of hard focusing on keeping your back straight and , as you suggest relaxing your shoulders, kind of a catch 22 ? Any advise appreciated. Cheers.😊

I bought a magnetic rower. I started using it and had totally kicked my backside. The resistance if very strong on it. The first time i used it i couldnt move for three days. I had used muscles i didnt know i have.
Could I start with 29 min for 30days or is it better to do 30 min with a little lighter on my takeaways
The difference between 29 & 30 min won’t make or break anything so you need to find a schedule that works for you

My gym has a 100+ different types of cardio vs 4 rowing machines. Often I am the only person using 1 of 4 machines.That alone tells me I'm doing the right thing

Just found this channel a week or so ago. Never liked rowing. But I had to cross train due to shin splints. I watched some of Dark Horse's videos. And viola... I love rowing now. From less than 5 minutes of rowing, now I can do 30 minutes! I'm amazed. Thanks. 🎉😁👍

Been religiously doing this 3 times a week and something clicked this week. I now hit the distance I used to finish with 2/3rds - halfway through the workout and today I crushed a calorie burn milestone I've never been able to hit before! Thank you Shane!! 💪

Awesome video Shane. I've been watching your videos for about 15 months now, and after hating the rower, now I know how to do it, it's like nothing else. Getting the stroke bang on is like hitting the sweet spot on the golf ball, you just don't feel it but it's awesome. I'm close to 56 and hitting advanced to Elite times on my 2 & 10k's apparently. I just joined you and pushed out 22k. Thanks. You're a great coach
